Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a mix of experiences. Some customers report getting drinks wrong and unfriendly employees after a nice employee named Morgan left. However, many other reviews highlight very friendly and helpful staff. At one visit, the staff were super super nice and wrote a cute note on a drink. Another customer noted a guy named Seth went above and beyond, offering to remake a drink to be fresh and adding a cute ghost drawing. The girls working one afternoon were amazing and helpful. For food, the chocolate cream protein cold brew was delicious, and the Matcha with pumpkin cold foam was yummy. A go-to order is a Venti Hot Chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon powder, along with a blueberry scone. This particular location is nice for studying with spacious couches and plenty of tables.
