“My cold brew was great, and the avocado toast was delicious. The first barista I interacted with was rather taciturn, and he seemed mildly annoyed that I was even there in the first place. The other barista was so nice, though, and the drinks she made were delicious, especially the hibiscus tea Arnold Palmer she made for my boyfriend. I loved vibe here, and I'll be back very soon for sure.“

“Walking into this coffee shop is like walking into the living room of a friendly witch. It is cozy and comfortable, perfect for hanging out. The coffee and the food were also great. It is not a place I was expecting to find in Provo. I’m so glad I did!“

“Ok - super legit coffee ☕ place! Super fast via drive thru, and they explained the menu and recommended great drinks! We got the blended blonde and iced blonde, with extra expresso shots - perfect sweetness ratio, topped with whipped cream and carmel drizzle!“

“I must shout out to the gentleman (I do not know his name - he has ash/blond, longer hair and such a cute smile) working the drive-up window this morning (12.29.25) absolutely made my ENTIRE day!! It is obviously Monday so it was bad just because of that but I added a whole host of other 'fun' things' just in case I needed something extra. I missed my alarm, missed my exit on I-15, late for work/missed a meeting, make-up not done and what was done was trash, the list goes on... Needless to say, I had the worst morning E V E R!! I NEEDED Dutch Bros. in my life FOR sure today! So, I pull up and this nameless, very cute, gentleman working the window met me with an amazing smile and gratitude for coming 'in' this morning. He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! If anyone knows this man's name, I would love to call him out directly. Thank you 'Dutch Bros. Hero of the Day' - you are the reason I choose DB over everyone else! - xoxo“

“I had groceries delivered today to my dad who had just got home from a intensive emergency surgery not only did the delivery drive pack them up 3 fights of stairs but put them in the house so my parents just had to put them away. delivered at the time they said, items were exactly what I ordered from 3 states away, this above and beyond my expectations from any company..Thank you!! well done and truly appreciated“

“I've been stopping by Starbucks for a long time, and it never disappoints. It's always clutch when I need a quick coffee before work or just want to grab a drink and relax for a bit. The coffee is consistently good, the baristas are friendly, and they do a great job keeping the line moving even when it's busy. I've tried quite a few different drinks over the years and they've always been on point. Definitely one of those places that's easy to keep coming back to because the experience is always solid.“

“Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀“
