“Friday night finished a workout and was going to go to home and crash but then…got a hankering for a burger. Was looking for a decent burger spot and lo and behold…CHOM.

Biked down to the spot (they have bike racks - so already a plus in my book). The decor and ambiance seem like a great spot to grab a burger with some family and/or friends.

Walk in, music selection isn’t bad and look at the wall screen menu. Riley was at the cashier and hooked it up nicely. My order: pastrami and Swiss burger with regular fries.

Took a minute for the food to come out BUT definitely worth the wait. Definitely paid a bit more than the usual chain burger spot but THIS…was art. When I went to pick up the burger, the pillowy softness of the bun immediately grabbed my attention. The burger was structured in a way where nothing slipped out while I was eating it…NOTHING SLIPPED OUT! The fries…OMGOSH the fries…crispy and crunchy but with that pleasant chewiness and perfectly seasoned. I will say now that I know about this place just down the road from me…I will have to practice restraint.

“The bacon double cheeseburger was possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The flavors were very well-balanced and every part of the burger was prepared to perfection (no joke). The ironport soda on tap was a great break from the standard soda offerings. Excellent service as well, the proprietor was very courteous and friendly. Definitely a highly underrated place to eat in Provo!“

“I went to this location based on a coworker's recommendation. We got to the restaurant just after noon on a Tuesday and I was surprised when we walked right up to the counter and placed our order. I had the blu cheese burger and it was really good. I definitely will return in the future.“

“We love Carls Junior in Heber. However the last time we were there the kids that were working had the lobby music way up and then other music in the back turned way up as well. And they were 2 different types of music. It felt like a scene out of a movie where you're waiting for the clown to jump out and take you into the sewer.“

Condiments are clean and sorted on the front counter and are separated in their own closed cups to easily take with you. The whole place was very clean and the server was very kind and quick too.
