I special order my cheese burgers. I want right off the grill fresh...NO MICROWAVE. Every Helper has accommodated me all summer. Sad to say, they will tale a lukewarm patty out of the tray and microwave the finished burger to melt the cheese. If you want it fast then that is for you. I take my time. When they give me a fresh burger they painstakingly assemble it perfectly. Sometimes I wait ten to fifteen minutes for this but it worth it.

The interior can feel dirty and is located inside a gas station near the Provo airport, which adds to a 10‑minute wait for service. A cheese request was ignored, ruining a burger for one customer. Some customers asked about beef jerky chicken strips, but it is not offered here. These issues raise concerns about the store’s future. Despite the positives, customers hope the owners bring in new employees and improve service.
