“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“My coworker is local and said I had to try it. I’m glad I did. We all got the Western Burger and Cheese Fries and it was sooo good! The flavors were dynamic. Perfectly cooked, savory and sweet. Then there was their Fry Seasoning and White Sauce…bottle it up and sell it! I don’t know what the ingredients were but OMG I’d buy it by the pound. The location was clean and fun. The people were friendly and service was great! A++“

“I’m a big fan of cubbies. Their tri-tip steak sandwich is awesome. It has bacon mixed in. You can’t go wrong with that. I’m a fan of the spicy barbecue sauce. I got fries there and they were not up to cubbies standards which was too bad. I tried their new chicken sandwich, which was fun. The sandwich is called the Pikey.“

Parking is difficult and it is a walk-in, can't just it in the car in the parking and expects service to come to you...“

“I went into Five Guys the other day and had the pleasure of interacting with an employee named Luke. He was super patient with me and my family. He communicated clearly and was so kind. He didn't rush us and even told us what was in each food option we had questions about because we have allergies. He then relayed all the information to the cook (I think his name was Bryce) who cooked it to pretty good after Luke gave him some coaching. Luke then came and checked on us and offered us to go containers. It is safe to say Luke restored my faith in Five Guys because all my friends say its not worth the price. Luke made it worth it and I'll be back. P.S. I think if he's not already a manager he'd make a great one.“

“Came to Santaqueen Drive-In as a normal, innocent customer. Left changed forever.

First off, Kylah was on the grill and I could tell. Every burger came off that grill like it had a college degree and a future. Perfectly cooked, dripping in flavor, and clearly made by someone who takes their grill duties personally. I don’t know what seasoning she used, but I’m convinced it’s classified.

Over at the fryer was Rachel, and let me just say—those fries were in good hands. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dangerously addictive. I swear she looked at the fries once and they just knew to come out perfect. If loving fries this much is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

Then there were the waitresses, Brynlee and Anaya, who ran that place like a well-organized circus. Orders taken with confidence, food delivered at lightning speed, and jokes thrown in for free. I asked one question and got my food, a smile, and a personality upgrade.

The food? Unreal. The service? Elite. The vibes? Somewhere between “small-town classic” and “five-star chaos.” I came hungry and left questioning why this isn’t a Michelin-star establishment.
