Little Acorn Reviews
I quite enjoyed it
Love Waffle Love! Always a treat!
We came here in passing on the way home from the butcher snd we are glad we stopped. It seemed like a cool spot with outdoor seating and indoor seating but looked like a local hot spot.
When we walked in we were instantly greeted and the guy who take care of us was very helpful and service oriented. He shared with us his favorite items as well as customer favorites which helped us narrow down our choices from the large menu.

Little Acorn is a classic hamburger joint with a nostalgic charm that has been serving the community for many years. It offers a variety of dishes, including fresh sandwiches, burgers, and homemade bread, with popular options like the country sandwich and steak sandwich. The food is known to be amazingly delicious, with flavorful burgers, well-seasoned fries, and a range of items such as shakes, fish and chips, vegetarian foods, English chips, tots, and onion rings. Many customers find the food to be surprisingly delicious and worth the wait, despite some concerns about the cleanliness and need for updates. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff members who are polite and genuinely pleased when customers enjoy their meals. The cozy atmosphere has a modernized touch, with new uniforms, but the establishment could benefit from a remodel and better hygiene measures, like fly traps. Overall, it remains a must-stop place on the way through highway 6, especially appreciated for its delicious food and friendly service. It retains a friendly, small-town diner vibe, with good quality burgers and a great bacon cheeseburger that many enjoy. The burger patty style is a bit thin, so some prefer a double, which is juicy and served on a good bun. The restaurant also offers crispy fries and thick Oreo shakes, adding to its charm. The staff, mostly young workers, are friendly and do good work, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. Despite its simple setting, Little Acorn continues to be a favorite for those seeking comfort food and a friendly place to eat.
