Every time I've been in the employees are very friendly and my sandwich is always great!!! The staff is great about adding extra pickles for me! I've never had a bad experience ordering in person or online for pick ups at this location.

I had a sandwich where they forgot the cheese. I called and they said to come back in with the sandwich and receipt. I did and they apologized and fixed the sandwich. They were very nice and chill. 10/10 customer service for me!

Walked in and it was very hot on an already 80+ degree day (Maybe the AC was broken?). Workers spoke very quietly so they had to repeat themselves many times before I could hear and they moved very slow. I was also surprised that they don’t have gluten free options. They don’t even have big lettuce leaves for a lettuce wrap. My husband enjoyed his normal sub though lol
