Really friendly staff. Clean restaurant. They have music videos playing on a TV there for atmosphere which is fine. Food was edible, but not impressive. We went here because of the high reviews. We know good Hawaiian food. The food was bland or overly sweet. Kalua pork was soggy bland meat. Noodles were covered in sauce, but bland. Rice was just plain white rice with no seasonings in it or sauce put over it. Mac salad was okay. Pineapple side was okay. Couldn’t figure out what...
This has become my new favorite place. I lived in hawaii for 4 years and only just moved back to mainland. Heard about Sweets from some friends and decided to try it. Walking in i felt at home. The atmosphere, the smell, the music, and aunty welcoming us in with an Aloha. I loved it! And the food was everything i missed! It was so good! We got the kalua pork, musubi, rainbow otai, and li hing mui pineapple. It was so good! Could not recommend this place enough!
There's definitely a reason why they are one of the highest rated restaurants in Provo. My absolute favorite thing is the spicy mayo poke on Saturdays, if it's during the week then I'm definitely eating the teriyaki chicken and their Mac salad is the perfect side. They treat you like family when you walk in the door, they feed you like family and they are always happy to do it. Their generosity and kindness is unmatched.
