My wife and I finally stopped by Tamale Market in Provo, after hearing great things about their tamales. We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah...

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Roman had such great service, he was so kind. The tamales were delicious, potentially the best I’ve ever had. So flavorful and soft. We definitely will be back.
