My son had been telling me about Top Level. He raved about the food and said even my picky self would enjoy it. Top Level is one of the best new restaurants in Provo. I tried the Poblano Pasta last week and it was to die for. Crispy pork chops, zesty sauce with a nice kick to it. Today I tried the plantain bites and they were killer. Creamy guacamole, with grilled shrimp was fire. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a Good Friday night meal.
