-Don’t shoot the messenger 😌🤗. It was cold and freezing 🥶 day. Before we drove up to Provo from another state. We were all very hungry. We had just gotten to Provo Utah and we had texted someone we knew that also just moved to Provo Utah and where is the best Pho restaurant because we love Pho ❤️soup!🍜. Well, he said he didn’t know where to go because he was new here too , so he googles it and the only place that was opened was Vegan Sun Restaurant on a Sunday!😳....

This has quickly become my favorite restaurant. You do not need to be vegan to enjoy their food- you will not miss the meat. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. If you have a hard time finding good tofu, go here; they do their tofu right! So flavorful with a perfect slightly chewy texture, it’s amazing. I’ve tried at least 10 things on the menu and I love them all but the tofu dishes are my favorite. My one and only complaint is that the music playlist they play can be hit...

Alright I am not going to lie I am a big time meat eater but my brother in law came to town and he is vegan so we came to the Vegan Sun. I did not know what to expect but I am blown away at how many delicious things they have on the menu! If every vegan restaurant was this good I wouldn't mind eating vegan all the time. I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10!!!
