I dropped by Arby's in Richfield on a snowy Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere that was much appreciated after a long day on the road. It's not often you find such friendly service, especially late in the evening.The highlight of the meal was the Premium Nuggets - flavorful and cooked just right. Also, the wide selection of fountain drinks was a nice touch. It's these little things that make a meal memorable.Overall, a great experience. It's refreshing to see a team that puts in the effort to make your visit enjoyable. Will stop by again on my travels. Hats off to the Arby's team in Richfield!

This time, we gave their wagu burger a try. Another huge disappointment ?. Totally overpriced, dried tough burger. We could have chewed cardboard easier, adding an Arby's sauce to enhance the taste.

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was cold and disgusting. Person at the drive through couldn't get my order straight. It wasn't complicated. I could hear them complain. When I'd correct them. I tried calling no answer. Usually an employee would get a managers help if they're new and it seemed they were but I never saw a manager in sight. Also part of my order was missing.
