im a tow truck operator an was on my way from California to Chicago was a long trip but this is one of the best arby's / stop off's I made my entire trip was an absolutely beautiful girl working the window she made my night she was so sweet an kind an so pretty !!

Disgusting. The dining room needs to be mopped, sticky soda spilled and dried with people's footprints tracking it all over, thats how you know its been there for a while. All the tables need to be wiped down too. Soda machine in the dining room is out of order. My husband went into the bathroom and said there was urine all over the toilet.
Their customer service needs work too. The girl taking my order abruptly walked away in the middle of me speaking to her.

Melanie was a super star! There are so many little things we noticed she went above and beyond our other experiences here. She fixed the lid. Everything was said with a smile. She was a wonderful representative.
