“CELIAC SAFE- GLUTEN-FREE options. I have a daughter that has Celiac and can't have ANY cross contamination or she will get very ill. After letting the employees know they made our 1st 3 meals. Then he removed his gloves, washed his hands thoroughly in front of us and sterilized the counter. He then made the food from another totally separate workstation with food separate from cross contamination. Thank you for protecting my daughter. The food is excellent.
