“Holy.... food ;) this place is incredible. First time visiting and I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing. You would think they had just opened with how friendly everyone was — Kyra served me, and several of her co-workers also acknowledged me, complimented my food choices, and hoped I would enjoy my meal! Glad to be trying Kyra's favorite: raspberry chicken burrito smothered in cheese & raspberry sauce (enchilada style) with a unique ranch dressing sauce on the side. Plus pico, lettuce, gauc & sour cream included - couldn't ask for a better experience all around.“
“The fact this wendys is 3.8 stars and not 5 astonishes me, even though this is a much smaller town than I live in, this wendys blew everything “fast food” ive ever had out of the water. Im being genuine when I say I was complimenting the chef the entirety of the meal fries 9/10 burger a straight wendys 10 the nuggys were like a 5 or 6/10 but i doubt thats the employees fault. Anyway you wont be upset. One employee did look like a bowling bawl, quite large.“

“I know they have struggled with having a deliver driver or even enough employees at all, and when my order was nearing the delivery time I was worried it wasn’t coming at all. I received a phone call from the store letting me know it was in fact on the way. Mistakes are made, and people are human. But the fact that they at least called to apologize was a huge piece of customer service to me.“

“Taco bell Richfield is always awesome, even if they do have an occasional mistake, they always offer to fix it by going above and beyond. Last time I went over memorial weekend and they were understandably busy and served some subpar food by mistake that appeared a little well done or overheated and upon going to their website and leaving remarks they promptly responded to my comment (the area manager) by text message and offered me full reimbursement on the affected food or free food on next visit.Thanks Taco Bell!“

“We drive down to Sandi's all the time from Manti because their gluten-free hamburger buns are the best we've ever tried! As long as the salt is light (personal preference), the fries are amazing, and a place that offers fry sauce is always a winner in my book ;) Definitely worth us driving down for a visit every month, and I also was touched when they gave out red roses on the Saturday before Mother's Day earlier this year. Such a great local business!“
