“Me and my boyfriend went to Arby’s and man to be honest the girl that took our order and gave us our food was so sweet. When you go to fast food restaurants you rarely get a smile or a sweet compliment from workers but this girl knew what she was doing. She smiled and was very nice and she complimented the plant in my car 🥺 And food was perfect lol“

“I have to look at the bright side. I’ve ran businesses and trying to run a fast food business in a small town is not an easy task. My recommendation for people traveling and eating fast food in a small town must be patient. You don’t know their Circumstances. They have a hard time keeping employees much less good employees including managers. When they lack managers it’s overwhelming to the the employees. They can only do the best they can till all positions are filled. Small towns my take a little longer to get organized. If the store was in a big city you’d have something to really complain about. I was just at the store in Nephi and they’re doing great considering the circumstances. However it was clean and they had great customer service. The customers seemed very satisfied as well. I didn’t see anyone complaining. Good luck Nephi Wendy’s employees keep on with the good work and keep on smiling. Don’t let anyone discourage your work ethics.“

“I went here while I had a tournament for baseball and I really liked it the menu could fit anyone I have the service at 5 stars because everyone was really nice but the wait time was the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive through it really no complaint besides that“

“I was pleasantly pleased with the whole atmosphere until Eddie from the back was asked to do something and mouthed off and was being insubordinate. Eddie is there to collect a paycheck and do minimal or no work (his words not mine). Avree was a gem! Greeted with a smile, Hustling with our food, and multitasking like a master.“
