Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station in my life. I spent my hard earned money on a bag of Chex mix and there was not a single pretzel inside, even though on the bag they advertised pretzels. So incredible ridiculous. I hate maverick and their gas is just about as good as baby formula. Clean your stinky bathrooms and clean up the terrible products on your shelves. Never coming back to maverick. If maverick was the only gas station around me for 1000 miles, I’m driving 1000 miles to fill up somewhere that actually values their customers and their hard earned money. Chex mix isn’t the problem, it’s maverick. I know they have their greedy little hands all over my precious pretzels. Give them back before I take legal action. Good bye and good riddance maverick. I won’t miss you.

We have alot of points to use to get free items. Cashiers refuse to help and will not scan my phone to use points. Worst maverick around. Are they even trained because no one their knows how to use them. Worst customer service around.

We come to Richfield a few times a year to visit family and this is my first time going to the Maverik here. It was a normal experience for me, that is until I met Robert. Robert has to be one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. I'll be back hopefully just to see him.If you ever need someone as a spokesperson for your business Robert is your man.

Walked in for a drink after a long hard day at work at about 10:30 last night and was warmly greeted by Robert (I think that was his name) as I was checking out I felt as if I was talking to an old friend. I had to really think hard trying to recall if I knew him before. Nope. He was just that kind. I’ve always loved maverick and Robert made it so much better that night.
Is the older lady with the white hair and glasses still there?? She is the rudest person on planet earth! Other than that it's a nice store! Love the breakfast bundles!! They are so good..

I like Maverick over other gas stations. Mainly because their gas prices are most of the time less than others. They do have a verity of food and non food items and plenty of stalls in their restroom which have always been clean. I do ever recall having a bad experience with their customer service.
