Waited in the drive thru for far to long then placed my order for 2 hot and spicy chicken and then I paid got to the pick up window to be told to pull into one of the parking spots as my order was not ready. Proceeded to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my 2 simple sandwiches. I hadn't eaten at McDonald's for over 2 years and likely going to be 2 years before I try it again.
Today the crew was on fire today. They were fast, kind and professional in their duties. Had a big order and they got it out to me quickly without parking me or without worry about accuracy and with a smile. Good crew was working today during lunch, hope management gives them a hi-five and recognition for their work today.
We had a great experience at this restaurant. Our food was fresh and tasty and was prepared quickly. The staff were very efficient and were also courteous and kind. The best experience I’ve had at a McDonalds in a very long time.
