I've heard how great LD's is forever but haven't ever tried them. I finally went this morning for breakfast and I understand why it was highly recommended. The food was amazing! The service was so excellent! They even turned the heat up because we were cold.

I love finding small hometown places to eat, it makes the experience more fulfilling and this place delivered on that. The steak sandwich came out with the bread kinda soggy on the plate side, but that didn't ruin the flavor, it was probably better because of the soggy side, but either way, I'm going back for

LD's is one of the last old fashioned family owned Bar & Grills left. The food is traditional and marvelous. I usually go for the Fried Shrimp which is absolutely awesome! The folks working there are very pleasant and professional... and the beer is cold!
