So glad manny was there to save the day! Manager understood what I was saying and so did manny, but the to-go lady, or hostess lady (what ever she was) didn’t understand and got frustrated that whom ever took my order didn’t understand what I was saying over the phone in the first place. I ordered a pickup and came to get it at the time it told me. I got there, waited for 10 min before anyone even asked if I had been helped.. there was about 5 people in the pick up line and nobody behind the desk. Very poor customer service.
Angela was AMAZING!!! She has such a positive attitude and always smiling and making us customers feel happy and welcome!! She deserves a raise or better opportunities for sure!
