When I received my order it was missing an item. When I brought that to the staffs attention they treated me very disrespectfully. After a while they did finally make the missing item. Food wasn’t terrible but I won’t be back based on service alone.
I just had nachos with chicken. Q bit pricey for what it is. There were only two little pieces of chicken. It was mostly beans on the nachos. Not impressed with that. Pricey for what it was.
I have eaten at El Pollo Loco before and it has been a long while. I ordered a chips and queso (small) a three piece thigh and leg meal with rice and beans, and a plain cheese quesadilla. ( Sharing with my kid's) The rice and beans were bland unfortunately and rice was stuck together and hard in areas(like came from a bag almost) and the chips were stale.
