The Honey Baked Ham Company

Ordered a warm and serve meal for thanksgiving. With the ham and turkey with 4 sides. The meats were delicious, however the sides were nasty. One of the macaroni and cheese the film was opened and leaked all over the fridge. The next macaroni and cheese was gross, even my son who loves macaroni and cheese did not eat it. The green bean casserole was watery and consisted of 6 fried onion pieces. The mashed potatoes were gritty and tasted just like a banquet tv dinner. This meal should have been a home run but it was a strike out for my family. Will I order again? Probably not. At $140 dollars I should have ordered from Smiths for half the price.
12/10/2024 update I was told to email for further action. Well I did and never received a reply. How convenient that their comment is removed.

Got turkey and ham here for turkey day. Ordered it a week in advance, pickup was super smooth and fast and the food was delicious. Even better warmed up as leftovers

Did you know Honey Baked Ham had lunch? Me neither - until today! Delicious croissant ham sandwich 🥪. They had quite a few sandwiches to choose from with yummy sides. We chose the potato salad and it didn't disappoint. The service was helpful & very informative. Friendly people that offered great food and good tips. We're huge fans of Honey Baked ham but only stop in during the holidays. Can't wait to try their take-n-bake.😀

This made the perfect Easter meal. We got ham, baked beans, green bean casserole, and macaroni and cheese. If you can figure out how to fit them all in and out of the oven to be ready at the same time, you've got the perfect meal.

This review is based on cost. The ham sandwich I purchased was mediocre at best but it was a few slices of ham on a bun but it was $10! $10 for something that should have cost $4 at the most. I have been to Honey Baked Ham before but won't go again, I can't afford to.

We always get a ham for Christmas & it NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Makes wonderful ham sandwiches 3-4 days afterwards. I have nothing bad to say about Honey Baked Ham!

Yummy sandwich. $3 for two bites of potato salad was really disappointing. Elsewise satisfied, sandwich was a great portion size. Ham and bacon.

I went on new years for lunch with my family. The older man that was taking our order in the Riverdale store was very rude and impolite. The cashier lady at the end was kind and trying to make the situation a little less uncomfortable, but overall I would not recommend anyone to go to Honey baked ham at the Riverdale location.

It’s good food but way overpriced in my opinion.

Felt like I got the wrong product. Called to explain and later filled out a survey. Brian exceeded expectations by calling back and doing everything to make it right. I’m amazed at his willingness to go above and beyond for something written on their survey. Good food I’ll be going back.
