I swear, Wendy's at any location in northern Utah will always find a way to screw up an order. It's bad enough paying terrible prices but when your food ends up missing it wastes your money more. Doesn't help when they don't answer their phone or check their voicemail either. Probably due to all the complaints customers have. I’m so disappointed in Wendy’s customer service. From the cashier manager Upper management. I used their App And I ordered breakfast at 730 am I accidentally ordered 24 croissants instead of 12. But that’s my mistake. I got there at 8 AM to pick it up they hadn’t even started my order. Why would you have an app for convenience but then not have the order ready? Today we went to dine in at this Wendy’s, we were waiting to take our order when we noticed that the 2 young girls at the fry station were eating fries directly from the fry station and handling the food with their bare hands. We tried to complain to a manager named Dennis, and he didn’t care AT all. He just shrugged at us, and He didn’t try to fix the problem or tell the girls it was wrong.
