I'll start by saying that the cake I ordered was this one, except the colors were reversed.
This is the first and last time I'll buy a cake here. My husband ordered a cake for my birthday, and the design I ordered was nothing like what they gave us. Their excuse was that they lost the photo, but it's their responsibility to ask the customer for their contact information in case of anything that might happen. Even so, I don't consider their excuse justifiable because they didn't do their best to make it look presentable. And the packaging is very ugly; I think they should improve that as well. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

The cakes are beautiful and look yummy but the bread is old and tough and doesn’t take good. Also I was given 3 different prices when I asked about the prices they would up charge every-time I would ask a different person.
I bought two small cakes and they were moist and delicious and so reasonably priced. I got them to go but it is a pleasant atmosphere to stop and snack there.

Absolutely incredible! We ordered a red velvet cake from Edith’s Bakery for my daughter’s high school graduation, and it was beyond amazing! The cake was stunning, moist, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with that classic red velvet flavor we all love. Everyone at the party raved about it, and it made the celebration even more special. Edith’s Bakery truly delivered above and beyond. Highly recommend for any special occasion—or just because you want something delicious!

They did my wedding cake and they exceeded my expectations. The fact that they did it in whipped cream which is delicious but looks clean! It’s not only beautiful the cake is moist and filling and cream not too sweet!

I ordered a round cake for my sons bday and overall satisfied by the service but wasn’t super impressed by the cake. I know what we send is “inspo” and the cake did match the sample but the piping was a bit messy. It could’ve been the colors of the cake but it really threw off the main look of the cake. Personally I would’ve just appreciated some communication if this was a difficult or messy design so I knew what to expect. I didn’t expect a refund and certainly wouldn’t reject the cake the day of our event but it did catch us off guard because on Instagram the piping always looks flawless. This looks like a beginner did it and not to the standards that Ediths cakes holds themselves to. If it wasn’t for the service and friendly staff, I’d be a lot more disappointed. I won’t stop coming here for the delicious pan dulce but will probably avoid ordering a colorful cake here again.
the owner and staff are very rude and unprofessional and not to mention they're liars too. my birthday cake was extremely ugly, she said she would give back the decorating fee since I found the cake ugly, she went back on her word. don't trust this business with your most precious memories. also, I didn't get all the decor I paid for

Took my kids to Edith’s Bakery for an Easter event 2 years ago and they still ask regularly to go back! We love picking up their cakes for events or pan dulce when we’re craving something sweet!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! PLEASE CUSTOMERS TAKE THE TIME TO READ. Today, Thursday, April 17, 2025, I went to order 4 dozen cupcakes to pick up on the afternoon of April 26. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to continue with my party plans for which I wanted the cupcakes. So, I called exactly 4 and a half hours after placing the order to explain the reasons why I wanted to cancel and request a refund of $78. To which the person who answered me was very rude and replied that they don't give refunds and that if I didn't want them anymore, that it wasn't their problem, that it's their policy, which they never explained. I told her that I had just ordered it today, so I didn't see the problem. She told me that if I wanted, I could get a credit to buy something else in the store, to which I replied that I really didn't need anything else, that she should be understandable. She laughed at me and repeated that it wasn't her problem. I asked if I could speak to the owner to see if she would be more reasonable and speak to me in a more pleasant tone, and she told me she was the owner and I could talk however she wanted. She told me if I wanted the credit, I could use it, and if not, then that was my problem, and she hung up on me. She made me feel really bad. I don't think that's the way to speak to a customer; she was really rude. I hope no one has as bad a time as I did. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. ANYONE!
