Crumbl is of course an Utah staple. I only have two things about it I don’t love, the near mandatory tipping and the unnecessarily high sugar content in some of the cookies. I absolutely love that they have minis and that the nutritional facts are easy to access.
Crumbl is always fun and I enjoy trying all the different flavors. Most of the time the cookies are pretty good, although I always find the chocolate-base cookies lacking. My favorite is probably the caramel corn cookie which I wouldn’t have expected. Love anything peanut butter chocolate or lemon as well. Don’t go often but it’s fun once in a while when they’ve got good flavors
The cookies at Crumbl are undeniably delicious, but the service left something to be desired. They require you to order on a tablet, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have a coupon or need assistance. I found myself gesturing for help for quite some time before anyone noticed. When someone finally did come over, they were friendly and helpful.
