The food was great. The place is very clean. The customer service is fine apart from a guy named “nick” everybody was very polite and well mannered, but Nick seemed like he didn’t care about the customers, and he was even rude to the staff which confused me because the rest of the staff were really respectful and I never had a problem with them. It’s a shame that one guy could ruin it so much I hope someone looks into him and how he treats people because it’s not okay.
The drive thru employee, Sam, that took my order was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me narrow down the menu. Her recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious, but the service was top notch!
I came to Dave's Riverton location tonight, and the service was excellent. I got a Dave's number 3 with the tender and the slider. The seasoning was perfect. The service at the front was even better, I had the pleasure of ordering with Sam. She asked how I was, and had no problem when I asked for extra sauces. I'm thankful I was able to get the best service here with her.
