You know a good place when you know you are the annoying customer but you are met with such kindness and a willing to help mentality. I was asked to (last minute) get 17 (!!!) sandwiches. I didn’t have time to preorder so I walked in at 11:15am, explained my predicament and all of the employees were understanding and beyond helpful! They made the sandwhiches so quickly (and were so nice about it). I am so grateful for such great customer service and I will be back for sure!...

Went through drive through. Didn't know our sandwiches weren't made to order til we got home. Kids weren't happy they had to scrape veggies off their bread. It's a rough life.

I ordered a veggie sub with Jimmy Peppers today and was disappointed with what I got. The veggie is my favorite! They advertise the two main ingredients as provolone and avocado spread. When I got my sandwich there was barely any avocado spread on it. I also only got 4 Jimmy peppers on my sandwich which means I got one every 2-3 bites. It made for a really bland and disappointing sandwich.
