They'll crack jokes and keep it upbeat. I asked for a recommendation and had several options to choose from. “I have been going to this location for over a year and a handful of times they have been out of something so I've had to go elsewhere. I rarely have issues with them, but I got 2 rice crispies yesterday and they weren't mixed well and there was a puddle of marshmallow on the bottom of both of them. Not the best tasting either, but I ate them anyway. Well... I ate one and a half, before feeling something weird in my mouth. Took it out and it looked like a piece of foam like you would find in the soles of your orthopedic shoes. Now I'm thinking of all the places I've gone to for food and drink and what else I might have consumed unknowingly... I'll never get anything other than drinks here from now on.“

So much avo on crispy toast, perfectly ripe tomatoes, seasoned beautifully/ juice was so fresh and delicious. Feel energized and happy :) so excited to become a regular here.“

“The service at this location is top-notch! Emery is THE best!!! I got a nutcracker at a different location that was closer to my house. After letting it cool down awhile, I excitedly went to take a sip of delicious creamy flavored chocolate......only to be disappointed with hot water that had the ever so slight flavoring of a wanna be chocolate. I was really disappointed. I googled the swig next to my work and called. I talked to Emery and she said that she could fix it. When I got to the location, Emery remembered me and we discussed how I could get another nutcracker. I got my drink quickly and the whole drink was a delicious soothing liquid ambrosia to my grumpy butt (I hate mornings). “There's a lot of these drink shops around salt Lake this is one of the two that I find exceptional and offers a lot of good stuff if you want your "dirty soda." They're online menu is extremely helpful as well as their pull up menu and if you're not sure what you want please feel free to ask one of the attendees taking your order they may have a personal favorite or give you an idea of what you want based off of what you're craving. I highly recommend this place.“

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“They introduce me to an Arnold Palmer that I thoroughly enjoy (the one w/ peach and lavender) and will only get here. I’ve also never had a coffee disappoint from them. The team is always a wonderful eclectic energy and you can see and feel the local support they bring with all the merchants they help.

We just loved it that much! Nothing disappointed us. The smoothies are amazing, the food is health focused without sacrificing deliciousness, and the menu is extensive.
The highlight for me is the Madeira steak bowl.“

“Overall the bowls and salads are good and sometimes great. Chicken is a bit dry but salmon is excellent. Greens are good and they offer good variety. On the healthier side with minimal dressing, fats added etc. Sweet potato bites are excellent and unique along with the complimentary cheese bread with each entree. Can get a bit noisy but casual atmosphere is nice. self serve drinks makes for a meet n greet or hangout easy and non formal.

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“
