We had to wait in a long line, but it’s their busy time, no problem. However, I had to repeat my order multiple times and was still given the wrong item. I gave my order at the speaker. When I got up to the window, the woman repeated my order and asked, “You have an American omelet, right?” My husband repeated again, “No, it was a Greek omelet.” We realized when we got home that they gave us an Italian omelet, which looked and smelled amazing, but I couldn’t eat it....

Revisited this Kneaders today after not eating there for years. I was so impressed. The food was delicious and served quickly, the restaurant was clean, and the service was amazing. I will definitely be returning again soon.

I usually love kneaders but this was so disappointing. We did the soup taste off on a week night, and so they knew how many people were coming in but when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. There were lots of other people waiting and they didn’t communicate with us. We had to keep going back up to remind them we were there. The bathroom smelled. The trashcan was blocked off in the restaurant with a sign. Not sure what was going on. Also the lobster bisque was...
