My daughter went to go get food right before they closed. When she got back they were missing 2 items from her original order. She obviously wanted what she already paid for so she went back just when they closed and was told “sorry, they threw all the food away and are closed… asked her instead if she wanted to substitute the 2 burgers for a drink instead!??!” No she wasn’t offered a refund for what she paid for either because they just wanted to go leave and close up....read full review
Tonight was the last chance. Messing up once in a while to the same customer is expected. Messing up twice in one week to the same customer is unacceptable. And really, about every other time we order from this location something is wrong with our food. Tonight is it. I’ll go to Taco Bell instead.
