I just went in to Arby's tonight to pick up some food for my family. And noticed most of the crew standing around slacking while this younger teen was working her heart out. These are grown men they shouldn't be leaving all this work to that young girl:(
Online ordering unavailable. Why? And why not let me use the equivalent coupon in person when it's not working? Too bad calling and leaving feedback doesn't fix the problem. I hope Roosevelt gets an In and Out.
My husband and I had a rather large order today for lunch (Feb 5th 2025) and Peter took our order and was patient with us and super kind. He was so helpful to us and made sure to offer us sauces which we had forgotten. He was so nice and really pleasant. The order line was long but the staff got the orders out fast and even correct to our special requests. We’ve never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant and really hope all the best for the staff :)
