I was surprised to find such great Peruvian food out here in Roosevelt but I was thoroughly impressed! Very authentic, big portions and at an extremely reasonable price. I got the Lomo Saltado with the fried rice. Comes with fries and a couple great sauces. The food alone was amazing but the sauces really brought it together. They had great reviews and now I see why. Will definitely be coming back if I find myself out here again.
Wow. Amazing! So glad that we stopped here. We thought the 5-star-rating was suspicious, but we're here to confirm: this is almost certainly the best food for hundreds of miles! They are a credit to Peru! Next time we drive through the area, we'll definitely stop here! We had the lomo saltado and the shrimp with rice; incredible!
Found this absolute gem of a food truck that seems stationary and has a little pavillion beside it to eat in. I've never had Peruvian food and wasn't sure what to expect. I had chicken rice and fries. The chicken was broiled over coals and almost had a smoked consistency and flavor.
