Just passing through town, stopped in for a taco. Bam! This place doesn’t play. Part food truck, part restaurant, all fiesta. All three tacos were delicious, the grilled onions on the side are a nice touch, and the red salsa needs to be bottled and sold. Can’t go wrong.
Every time I pass through Roosevelt, I make it a point to stop here. Their food is simply delicious—whether it’s the flavorful carne asada tacos or their amazing burritos, you can’t go wrong. Honestly, everything on the menu is a hit.
