My wife and I were in the drive thru line at cold stone last night when we looked over and saw that big scoops was across the parking lot. After sitting in the drive thru for what seemed to be eternity, we decided to give big scoops a try. I have to say, the service was unmatched. Lexi was extremely polite, prompt, professional and relatable. The ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. We brought a good sized group in 12 or so people the staff was very polite. They didn't get overwhelmed. All orders came out correct and pretty timely. The lobby was very clean. And the ice cream was awesome. I got the vanilla bean with gram cracker and cheese cake bites. Very tasty.
