Tried this place for the first and it was great! The food was piping hot which is always a plus for me! The red/orange salsa has so much flavor and spice, definitely one of my favorites. I will be coming here a lot more often. Prices were great as well!
This restaurant is super cozy. They don't have a ton of vegan options, but all I need is a bean and rice burrito (maybe fried, maybe covered in sauce), and I'm good to go. Get the red sauce; the green one contains pork.
Honestly kind of disappointed, we were excited to have a Mexican restaurant close by, but I think we'll stick to Rancheritos. No one at the table liked their meals. Beans taste off, but the rice was ok. I ordered the tamale combo plate and they were the DRIEST tamales I have ever had in my life. I had to drench it in sour cream and it did not help. However the service was great and the salsa was sooo good. Would definitely come back just to order some salsa to go.
