The quality of food has decreased over the years. For example, the bi bim bap is now made with ground beef. Not traditional, but everyone makes it their own way…Comparing it to an American burger, it’s like getting a McDonalds burger vs seven brothers - so it was bi bim bap, just not the $20 worth they charge. Flavor was still good but i wouldn’t order from here again.
I got the beef Bulgogi and requested it spicey level Hot. And boy, was it delicious, but it was definitely hot (which is what I was looking for) but just fair warning hot means hot!
Bulgogi does not taste like Korean bulgogi. How about changing the soy sauce? With Korean soy sauce… .It’s similar to the taste of Southeast Asia.
Kimchi stew is somewhat similar to Korean taste. I think the kimchi fried rice should be a little less sweet.
