It can be hard to hear them at the window due to the location traffic noise. Food is good but sometimes the meat is tough. Staff is friendly and happy when you talk to them.
Dietary restrictions: I am Gluten Sensitive and can eat taco shells. I have yet to have their California burrito or tacos trigger my sensitivity.

I received the wrong order after waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I'm usually OK with waiting but when I get my order and drive another 15 minutes back home to realize that I didn't get what I paid for, it gets irritating. They're good most of the time. But here and there they just don't seem to give a damn. It's like they were having a shin dig inside so no one paid attention to customers. Ordered the chicken n fries burrito with extra cheese and sour cream as always. I go pretty regularly. Recieved a carne asada fry burrito again, without any extras I paid for. This is the 3rd time. I miss the OG crew pre covid.

Went to the Roy Utah location, pulled up to the drive thru. 1 car in parking lot, no one in the drive thru. Attendant asked if ready to order, we said yes and started the order, after 1 item, passanger started listing order item, when attendant got an attitude and told us to let her know when we are actually ready to order. We then proceed to order, went to window where the lady asked if we wanted sauce then closed the window while we answered. Rushed abrupt and rude. Plenty of people who actually want to work and will be polite to the guest.
Utah favorite, this one has been at this location for as long as I can remember. Totally worth the money. Huge portions! Service? Fast and to the point.
