McDonald's has lost it's soul. There is literally nobody up front to take your order. Everything is done on the app or kiosk. The crew is all in the back getting the food. The play place is an absolute joke. I'm not a big fan of the design of the dining area either.
Good food. Pretty quick service. Sometimes whoever's giving the food knows a lot. Sometimes they don't know a lot. They don't have a lot of information. It's a 50/50.
It's McDonald's... Food quality has dropped over the years, and prices have risen dramatically. It's the same everywhere. But, they are consistent. You can visit a McDonald's anywhere in the US or Canada, and the food is consistent. You know exactly what to expect. Honestly, I respect that.
