Great little Mom & Pop style diner. Service a little slow, but that goes with the territory. Burgers are great 👍 😋. Being Utah don't expect any beer 😒

Where do I start? Well, the teenagers working there seemed out of their element. Especially during rush hour. It was unorganized and tables sat for a long time without being bussed as people waited at the front door for a seat. Many of them left. Service was friendly but slow. The chef salad had brown lettuce but was loaded well. The French dip would have been good but they ran out of dip days ago (according to the kitchen staff), without telling us. That knowledge would have changed what we ordered. Coffee was cold but had good taste.
I would stop here again because it is quaint and I always give a place another try.

Food was ok, service was ok, asked to seat ourselves in the back dining room (in which anyone can “dine and dash” if they want-there’s a separate entrance in the back). The whole place needs an update, saw holes worn out in the floor behind the counter and it’s a bit outdated. Yes, I know most all of it’s original. Prices on most dishes are a bit high (for example; a salad for $12 that you can’t fix yourself, has to be done by the waitress from a very small salad selection)

We drove nearly an hour to eat here as I have been coming here for many many years. Used to eat here with my grandfather/ family when I was younger. It has really gone down hill sadly. First off multiple sets of silver ware had nasty caked, dried food on it. One of the plates was dirty as well. My salad appeared good till I realized it had extremely wilted, slimy black spoiled lettuce in it. Alot of it. My grandsons chicken nuggets were extremely over cooked ,nearly burnt. The rest of the food was mediocre. Not horrible but not great. The mashed potatoes texture and taste was as if they had been leftovers sitting in a container and reheated, the gravy way too salty and not terrific either. The fries were cold. Tgey were out of multiple items on the menu. Very dissapointing. Then we didn't recieve our scones that were supposed to come with our meals,we were told that most people don't eat them, so they just don't give them to you unless you explicitly ask. Even though they are clearly on the menu as being included. We did not bother to complain because we did not feel like it was fair to take it out on the waitress, especially since the entire place was being ran by teenagers. Not an adult in site. The grill did not even appear to have been being used? As if they had just been reheating things. The waitress was friendly and polite and prompt, so we still tipped 20 percent. We will not be returning again. Which is sad because we do try to support local family owed restaurants. Do not recommend this one anymore, really needs improvement. 😔

Very good food, the waitress was great, very attentive and bubbly. Booths were a little tighter than I would have liked but I'm not as slim as I used to be😕

We found this place when desperately looking for a breakfast spot that opens on Sunday but not fast food and it did not disappoint.

I'm not the type to have anything sweet for breakfast but their blueberry cream pie was irresistible 🤤 (it looked so good I forgot to snap a picture before getting a bite)

We ordered fish and chips as well as cheeseburger and they were both delicious. The beef patty was well cooked and was not over-seasoned, pairing with their homemade ranch, and it was one the best burgers you could ask for. Their famous batter-fried halibut truly lived up to its name. It was crispy but juicy at the same time.

On the wall you can read about the history of the building and the cafe which dated back to the 1800s.

We had chops from pork and steak ends.
The cutlet was never 8 ounces and the fries were completely burnt, a new portion was burnt again and not yet cooked, the steak ends were in a soup of oil and the fries were like mine. Both dishes came with beans, unseasoned and cold. They've been judged before. All in all, beneath all dignity and not fair to the mom.

This is a cute place to stop. Food was really good and "mom" was in the kitchen. Probably the best flavored hot roast beef sandwich I've had. Average portions . Reasonable prices. Not much parking right in front of the restaurant but if you are pulling a trailer or are in a motorhome there is parking across the street by the city park.
We were there for lunch and it wasn't super busy. Support the local businesses! It's worthy of stopping. A pretty varied menu.
Place was clean too.

Dietary restrictions: They couldn’t fill our orders because it wasn’t available due to not preparing the night before. This is not what Mom’s Cafe used to be. A great disappointment !
