I have a gluten allergy. The employees were very helpful. They changed their gloves and used fresh containers of the vegetables from the fridge so no gluten touched my salad.
Dietary restrictions: Ask them to change gloves and use vegetables that have not been touched. Make sure you read the allergen PDF yourself though because they didn't seem super knowledgeable about what I could eat. I was traveling and didn't get sick. They were very accommodating!

Almost every single time I order from this subway they mess up my order. They always forget something on my sandwich or give me the wrong thing. Today I ordered a sandwich and payed extra for it to have smashed avocados on it and it didn’t have any on it. I don’t think it should be that difficult to make the sandwich when the customer is telling you EXACTLY what do to.

We love Subway. The only thing I wish was different was to bring back the Hero bread. We don't eat carbs so usually get protein bowls, but we really loved the Hero bread option and would eat here more frequently if they still offered it.
