97% of the time the employees do their own thing you ask for something they’ll give you what they want to give you I ask for something else in my drink like sprite instead of mnt dew and they can’t do a simple thing I ask for a ham panini they give me a pulled pork one. When the employees actually do their job it’s great drinks and food. The two gentlemen working today at 12:00 12-30-2025 did not listen to a word I said

This place is normally good. This time, the young girl with pink hair ignored us at the window until we had to knock (we were the only people at the place), was not friendly, and then shut the window to go get our items, not realizing we could hear her, and complained about the tip we gave. We tipped $3 on a $9 order. Found her very rude. She needs some extra training. Thanks. The business does not deserve a bad rating for this girls poor attitude because we come here all the time, and the other workers have been top notch. May want to reassess this choice though.
I do want to give a shout out to the young man with the blonde curly hair. He gives very top notch service. We are always satisfied with the items. :)

I get the shaved ice. The ice chunks are quite large. I have to take it home and use my food processor to make it the way I like it. Also, I think they changed syrup brands because the icees are not the same as they used to be. They're not sweet enough.

We got drinks and some of them were made wrong I got a popin fresh and that come with boba and I got no boba at all and they still gave me a boba straw I seem to always have trouble here when a certain worker is there and making our drinks. This worker almost always makes our drinks wrong but if it’s any other worker then the drinks are just fine.

I go there pretty regularly for drinks but each time I feel rushed to leave, drinks aren’t even mixed fully, works have out right forgotten some of my order before and recently I accidentally left without getting my change back I know it’s partly my fault but at the same time would encourage extra training to work on these

The girl seemed upset to have to help us and seemed irritated we didn't know exactly what we wanted. One sandwich was great the other was very plain and didn't have the ingredients it was supposed to and it took forever.
