The Tequeños are my bad ones, with grated cheese, they are deformed, the service is not very friendly as it should be, I didn't like the pastries but the empanadas were good, I spent half an hour waiting for my food and a soursop juice that they never made for me

The food is delicious. I went with my family and we enjoyed the food very much, but we came with great regret to see how the cashier (who I imagine is the owner) treated the waiter very badly. She must understand that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, no matter who they are an employee, they still deserve to be treated with respect. The rest is fine, the food is excellent.

The food is okay but the service is TERRIBLE. The cashier lady who is probably the owner is too RUDE. I have never been to a restaurant where they treat you so badly for buying their food. A group of us went to eat at her place and because we all wanted to sit together at a table (there was space so as not to get in the way of anyone) she wanted us to separate the table and since we were trying to explain to her that we wanted to all be together and that there was space He told us “what complicated people” and practically threw the menu at us. It is not the first time he has done such an action, it has been several times and even by phone. As an owner, you must take care of your clientele and what this lady does is scare them away, so if you plan to go, don't expect to be treated well, you will be paying to be treated badly.

This place should be closed, terrible customer service, the food can be very delicious But where there is no good service it is of no use, I never ever go back apart from not seeing a clean place. Thank you

I asked for a sample of their meat to try out before buying something, because it was my first time trying their menu, but they denied it saying I needed to buy it first! I did and I honestly regret it so much! The flavor of the meat was bad and definitely not my favorite type of meat to eat. It took them quite long time for the waitress to take my order, also the smell from the inside of the restaurant it’s not that great!

The food is decent, but the service is horrible. We’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times (my wife is from Venezuela and likes to go to Venezuelan restaurants) and both times have had terrible experiences with a woman who I believe is the owner. She is extremely rude and condescending. The first time we went I figured maybe she was just having a bad day, but after yesterday we decided we won’t be returning. She treats customers horribly and I’m quite surprised people are still going there.

The food is delicious, but what a pity that the lady who serves at the cashier always has a bad face and serves poorly, you cannot ask her for a bag to carry food, you cannot ask her for more sauces, you cannot accommodate several people at a single table when there is even space, you cannot ask them to crush the ice for the juices a little more because sometimes it is difficult to drink the juice, you cannot say anything because she serves you in the worst possible way she can find, I am a very loyal customer, every day I come to eat with my friends but the energy and attention of that lady is so discouraging that we do not want to return again.

The service is terrible. I ordered fried fish and only the fish was good. The salad seemed old. The avocado was oxidized. The lemonade was terrible. Sorry for my sincerity, but I won't be coming back again.
