I’ve been a loyal customer of Apollo Burger for years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. On 2/13/25, I ordered a burger and, shockingly, found a coin inside it—a hazardous mistake that could have endangered my health. I immediately contacted corporate to report this serious food safety issue. Instead of an apology or a clear resolution, I was met with complete silence and empty promises of “looking into it.”
This negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It’s shocking that a restaurant serving food could be so careless, putting customers at risk without any sense of responsibility. If you value your health and expect quality service, steer clear of Apollo Burger. This establishment has utterly failed its customers, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

We used to go to the one on 33rd but moved near this one recently. It's a nicer building and has a lot more workers. We only ever do the drive threw and sometimes they are slower than you'd expect but the food is always fresh and we haven't had anything don't incorrectly and we always get no sauces on our burgers. Tonight, they stated they were 15-20 min. behind and we got our food in about 5 minutes of getting to the window. I forgot to ask for no sauces on my mushroom burger and asked at the window, and she went and asked the cook specifically. We really enjoy this Apollo and choose it over closer burger joints.

This was probably the worst burger I have had in Utah! The flavor tasted bland and dry. The bun was burnt. If I had to put into words what the flavor tasted like I'd say.....burnt spam! I will nnneeevvveeerrr go here again. My dad ordered The patty melt with the onions grilled. When we received it they were not grilled. Horrible. Just horrible. I wish there was a zero stars option.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APOLLO WEBSITE. If your order doesn't arrive NOBODY will take responsibility. NOBODY will refund you. NOBODY will remake your order. If you ask to talk to the manager they will take your name and number and then never contact you. The employees at the restaurant tried to convince me they don't even do delivery. Then when I wouldn't take that they kept trying to tell me it wasn't their store. I contacted doordash and doordash contacted the restaurant location they picked up from and it was this location and they confirmed with doordash that they had already talked to me and then told doordash they refuse to remake my order. Doordash states they can't refund me because it wasn't through them but this Apollo also says it not through them either. I did my order through the Apollo website but they refuse to take responsibility and refuse to refund or remake.
