Serious disfunction at this location. I've been here maybe 8 or 9 times. Something is wrong with the order 100% of the time. I'm not exaggerating, I've never gone to this location and not had something wrong. The food is usually good, but there is a serious issue with the employees here. Ask for your burger with no tomato? It'll have tomato. Ask for an extra meat patty? They'll forget it. Ask for ranch? They'll forget it. If you catch it before you leave and ask them to correct it, they give you attitude.
It makes it REALLY hard to support this place - only reason I come is because its right around the corner from my house.

Really pleasant staff. Id never been to an Apollo burger. I was not prepared. The burger and fries were WAY above my expectations. Recommend the standard fries. They are 10 times better than McDonald's or Wendy's fries. If you're a fish sandwich person like me, then this one is worth it. Very good and HUGE. Their spicy burger is actually spicy. ?
