We were ordering at this location just now! After ordering at the speaker, we come around the corner and there’s an Arby’s employee and older lady, medium slim build, smoking 2 feet, not even that maybe a foot away from the entrance doors and 4 feet from the drive thru window! IN UNIFORM! We pulled up to the window & told them we’d be back… uhhh heck no we won’t be back! That is so gross! Please debrief or recap your employees of your code of conduct or food hygiene, or maybe sanitation or maybe hygiene in general. There is nothing appealing about pulling up to a fast food restaurant drive thru to pay and getting a massive whiff of cigarette and to think we were.

Food was mediocre at best. Literally only 3 people in the lobby and our meal still took 15 minutes to arrive. Place was dirty. I had to wipe my own table. Unacceptable.

Worst Arby's around. They have to be told what items are supposed to come with your order which is insane that no one knows how to make their own menu items. Also be aware that they are soliciting high reviews now so when you see all these 5 star reviews with nothing written, they are a lie to get a discount. Buying reviews shouldn't be allowed, it makes the rating system pointless. Stay away from this location. You'll get screwed up orders and bad attitudes from the staff when you point out their mistakes.

How is this place even open, and better yet working under the Arby's name. Staff is extremely rude and the food was awful. I am a truck driver and ordered two chicken classics and the chicken was oil soaked and soggy, had to pick the brown lettuce of and the onions were rancid. Asked the lady at the counter about this and she said it was all they have. Really? Watch a couple homeless guys dig through the trash and get cups and then proceed to drink soda, like it was going out of style. Nasty place and I will go elsewhere in the future!!!
