Food was cold, cashier didn't really seem to enjoy his job. Left with no complaints because the quality and vibe was just lacking all around. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I ordered 4 sandwiches. I only received 3. I was not able to return to the store but when I call they do not answer. I will be also attempting to contact corporate because I can't go back to the store but this is not ok. A missing sandwich is fine cause we could have worked out a refund or something but not answering multiple calls is not ok.

Satisfied customer.... Except! I can't stand it when I'm asked to pull forward, without anyone behind me. It happens all the time. Quit rushing your employees. That takes the quality and TLC out of my food! Last it's an inconvenience to the customer.
Some times our cards are short or we are just in need of assistance. A very sweet shift manager Billie Garcie helped me when I was in need. The rest of the staff was completely opposed to the assistance rendered to me. I.e. the staff was mad i received food and then the staff were completely disrespectful arrogant and belittling. If anyone sees this the lady that helped me is the kind of person you'd or I would to have as represent a business that is going to bring in business not run it off. Thanks Steve

I specifically asked for a half decent patty on a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Not only did I get one that covered only half the sandwich. It was also barely covered in Buffalo sauce. I couldn't even eat more than half before the ranch just overpowers everything else. Super deflating will not be coming back to this location.

The curly fries were nasty! The fry oil was oxygenated and high ffa's. Bitter oil taste, like they were fried 3 times. They need to change the fry oil out!! Yuck!

Food is best during rush hours because it's fresh. Nice tables very clean uncluttered dining area. Suoergast service.

We came inside the store and ordered our food with Michelle, who when my wife asked a question of if she had an item on our order she snarkily said "that's why it's listed in front of you." I told her she was being rude and to apologize, and she wouldn't apologize for what she did. I then asked her if she understood what I was upset about, and she said she didn't do anything wrong. I told her she was rude, and wouldnt apologize, and she just said I'm sorry you feel that way. I told her to not apologize that I feel that way, but to apologize for what she did, but then she just said "it's common sense to look at the screen" and still wouldn't apologize. This level of service to your customers is unacceptable.
