Poor communication by staff then they want to get an attitude when they get your order wrong. Tried to ask for ketchup and they slammed the window in my face. Super poor experience even for a fast food service.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Visited on Sunday 11/9/25 at 8:00 PM. The girl working the window and making shakes was pissed off for absolutely no reason. She was slamming things around in clear sight while making our shakes after she was short with us while ordering. Not sure what her problem is but maybe a customer service position is not for you. We ended up driving off without getting our food as we could no longer stand to watch her slamming things around while having an adult fit. Will not visit again.

They completely messed up my mom and I's order. Mom ordered the Taco Salad without Guac. They put a huge scoop of Guac in it. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich combo. I got a burger. Completely wrong meat. The only thing they didn't mess up was our Ice Creams.

The workers were fine, but they forgot one of the patties on my ranch burger, and for two burgers and pickles it was about 17 bucks I figured I could at least give us the full Patty

All the tables were all dirty (like *gross* dirty booths), we were charged 30¢ a piece for fry sauce, & I think the workers should be paid a living wage because fast food is hard work & they all seemed miserable.
Show up at 9:30. They refused to cook half there menu because the grill was off. I wonder if corporate agrees with this policy of refusing business well before closing.

I ordered online had it delivered no straw with my drink and there was a sticker over my lid of my drink I can't remove. When I called the manager just said ok. I would not recommend this location. They dont have good customer service.
