Their dishes and service speed both surprised me a lot. It's just that the decoration is a bit old.

It’s the first time I’ve been here and the last. The food here is badly portioned. I came around midnight and I started with an up charge for no apparent reason. $30 dollars for 2 empanadas is highway robbery. Stay away from this place.

Great place and atmosphere. Authentic empanadas, the best Venezuelan/Colombian food around.

Yesterday my family and I tried Arempa’s for the first time and it was amazing! Great food. Great service. I find myself back again today because it was so good!

Delicious arepas! Venezuela's making its mark on the world. The waiters Aivis and Lucho are very attentive!

Clearly labeled options with an entire seperate vegan menu. Also, open late!

I had an arepa from here and was disappointed to find it was rather bland. Maybe some of the other options are better, but with so many good options in SLC, I won’t be returning here again. #Veganuary

I’m not even kidding the pabellon empanada is my new favorite food. It’s soooo good and the garlic sauce is amazing. 10/10 on all of the empanadas but the pabellon is insane. This would be a death row request for me lol?

The food is bad, the cachapa is not with hand cheese. When you order through Doordash, they bag everything wrong.

The pabellon arepas are so good! And the guava and cheese tequenos were delightful. Great service and too top food.

A terrible tasting meal. Total disappointment. I do not recommend them, the empanada dough is thick and has an acidic flavor.

I have been dying to try this place. Since being diagnosed with celiac disease, finding authentic delicious food with no substitutes or changes to the original recipe is tough. But this Venezuelan restaurant is fantastic!!! Pretty much everything is gluten-free. We had a few different empanadas, and they blew my mind. I will be back next time I have a chance. So satisfied!!!

Dietary restrictions: Almost everything is gluten-free.

Food wasn't bad but it was a very small portion for the price and to top it off the cashier refused to give change of $5 (of which I would have tipped $3 so I let it go).
