They took our order and it got assembled correctly! We went through the drive thru Tuesday Jan 9 at 4:41pm. BrookeF was our cashier. She did a great job! Thanks to the cooks that made our order. No complaints. My child prefers no vegetables. I take ‘em the way they come because I’ve been a line cook in my teenage hood. I only lasted 3 months ? Special request orders killed me.We love the Papa burger single combo on Tuesdays for $5Thank you!Kid-friendliness: Much to my dismay my child likes the burger without vegetables. Thank you for getting the order correct with no trouble at all.

Surprisingly good location super responsive customer service. The root beer floats are the best. The chicken was well put together the restaurant was clean. They get a high five for this visit, particularly compared to other KFC A&W restaurants I’ve visited.

If you're told to pull forward from the drive thru window while your food is being "made", asking for your sauce because you want to make sure you get it, and they say "we'll have it in the bag"... the thing is I wanted extra sauce and when waiting for 5 mins, employee brings our food out and we ask if we can get extra sauce, instead of a calm "yes" or calm response at all, we get an "oh my god.." and employee walking away. Waited after that so i had to get out the car and walk inside and the same employee sees me STRETCHING my head past the counter to see if anyone is there... comes up and hands me the sauce. I just wonder why people who have attitude problems and bad costumer service work in the food industry.... It's most everywhere now so I guess I can say it's to be expected on my part. Just disrespectful regardless.

I’ve never had to complain about a burger but this was the worst. Burger was cold. Not even room temperature, actually cold to the touch.Also ordered some chicken strips with kfc sauce and one of the packets were open slightly and visible crust of dried sauce around the edge. That’s unsanitary and could have gotten my family sick. Threw away half the meal. Do better.

Better than the Burger King next door. Also if you have a policy that says your meal is free if you don't give a receipt you should probably honor it. I've never gotten one so yall owe me like 50 bucks

This was honestly the worst A&W experience I've ever had. The place was filthy, sticky and the bathrooms have coded locks. Most of the pop was just pouring out straight soda water or whatever. The food came out almost cold. The service was rude and rushed us, there was literally no one else in the place.

Rude cashier named Rebecca. Didn't even acknowledge my order at the speaker. I waited and finally pulled up. Handed me my order and when i said thank you she didn't sayA word just closed the window. I start to eat bit later only to discover a long dark hair in my food. The other reviews say it all. This place sucks
I ordered two root beer floats but they simply forgot to make them. Then they agree to fill the order but we’re nasty to me when I checked to see if they were ready. They didn’t wipe the tables when I was there even though there were several dirty tables. Someone did walk around and push the chairs in though.

I ordered the KFC side. And half the lobby was open so it was nice to dine in. Lobby was clean and the restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

The young lady that took our order was very nice and very helpful didn't mind getting extra things she was kind kind and polite and smiled a lot!The young lady that took our order was very nice and very helpful didn't mind getting extra things she was kind kind and polite and smiled a lot! It was a and W and Kentucky Fried Chicken together together so we get the best of both worlds, Prices have really risen but other than that it was a good experience
