After a long day of massaging clients, I decided to treat myself to a meal at A&W. However, upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately informed rudely that the lobby was closing in 15 minutes. Despite my disappointment, I quickly scanned the menu to decide NOT to order because they were being so pushy so I stomped out and I found a place that was healthier anyway. I completely understand that they informed me they didn’t need to be pushy and inform me twice they could’ve at least said hello instead of the akward staring in silence, so uncomfortable! Learn how to be KIND!

This place just needs to close. I am sorry about your wait times are unacceptable, the amount of times the dine in area is closed, the lights being turned off even though when calling you are open and its 6pm, and the constant short staff.
