The service, the ambiance, the food - all great! It was pretty loud and difficult to hear and converse with my husband across the table. The restaurant was full (great for the restaurant) which caused the loudness. Suggestion: bafflers on the ceiling would help with some of the noise. We've eaten here many times and will undoubtedly eat there many times more.

The ribeye steak was delicious. Also enjoyed the dessert. Definitely will visit again when in town. A+

12/10 it was incredible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to go to dinner, and will definitely be going there again.

We have been coming here for the doTERRA International convention for many years and the food quality and exceptional service never disappoints. I'm continually impressed by the staff at Bambara and how much my team loves the location.

I hadn't been to Bambara in several years. I had multiple past menu items that had been favorites so I was a little apprehensive to try this revamped menu. There was no reason to worry! Everything was so delicious! The kohlrabi Cesar, milk rolls, blue cheese chips, bison and elk were all outstanding! We can't wait for our next date night at Bambara!

Our server Melanie was excellent and the food was delicious! The inexpensive firme wine was very good! Also they did a great job accomodating my garlic and onion allergy.

First time there. Service was outstanding. Food was terrific. Noise level was a little high due to a group of 8 sitting in the dining area having a great time.

One of the best restaurants we've ever been to and we travel the entire country. Our waiter was awesome, and the food was so good.

I chose Bambara for a group dinner. All the attendees raved about the food and service at Bambara. The elk and bison were specifically mentioned as delicious.

I was excited to try Bambara while staying at the Kimpton during a recent trip to SLC, but was very disappointed with our experience. Our waitress was lovely and made us feel welcomed, however the food was extremely underwhelming. We started with the charcuterie board, which was actually fantastic, I ordered the bison steak for my main. The steak itself was overcooked and the potatoes were so salty they were inedible. They remade them and the second round was just as inedible. We also ordered the pasta with venison and pork, which was also way over salted. We ended up not eating most of our dinner which at this price point is unacceptable. This is definitely a skip there are far better restaurants to try, especially at this price point.

Our meal was a delight from start to finish. Our server Melanie was great, the food outstanding and the before dinner cocktails well made. The place tends to be a little on the noisy side, but that was not a distraction, and the restaurant shares space with the bar, so expect a little noise. All said, we had a great time and a great meal.

I was more of a regular before they remodeled, the food has gotten worse everytime I’ve come. I actually won’t ever come here again for how bad it’s actually gotten. Very disappointed. I used to get the filet and was amazing. They don’t have that dish anymore. I highly don’t recommend the bison steak. I took one bite and couldn’t do it. log haven is a lot better!

Our server was absolutely fantastic! Everything else was horrible. The best part of our meal was the octopus we tried for fun. Me and my wife came here for our 1 year anniversary and were extremely disappointed. The ribeye was cold and dry (ordered medium rare) the portion was tiny and comes with no sides. My wife had the bison and it was maybe 4 ounces. Both of our meals tasted like they came out of the microwave. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

So disappointed. And still had to pay high price. For what?
The kohlrabi salad was refreshing and nice.
Ordered the trout fillet, it was ok but had so many bones in it.
The pasta? I think they forgot to season it, was just white pasta with vegetables.
And the duck, duck is a special dish, if you don’t know how to make it just don’t put it on the menu, send the chef to White Horse, for training in this one. It was dry, and one of the pieces (out of 2) was mostly fat.
I am paying high price on your dishes, show some effort.
After all that we finished with a dessert to save the night, the toffee cake was great! Really.
Unfortunately, we thought at first we found a new place to come eat for the weekend, the atmosphere is great, the service is really nice, but we left with the feeling that we won’t be back.
